Our Customer Service will do its best to assist you in changing or canceling an order, some fees may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but all orders are subject to factors such as shipdate, stock, and financial processing.
If your order has already shipped, a change or cancel will be handled as a return or exchange and fees may apply. We will not give refunds on shipping costs due to a changed or canceled order.
We accept the following payment methods:
If your order is shipped to Pennsylvania, sales tax will be added to the order. Customers in other states will not charged sales tax.
We are currently not shipping outside of the United States.
If you agree to a backorder, we will charge half the cost of the item as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation.
If you are interested in an item that is out of stock for discontinued, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for more information regarding the status and eventual availability of the products.
