Returns and Exchanges
If there are quality issues or defects with the products you receive from us, please inform our Customer Servce Department. We will issue a Return Authorization number and instructions for refund. Any other returns are subject to the discretion of NTIC Management and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any applicable inbound/outbound freight charges. Items must be returned within 60 days of shipment receipt in the original packaging.
Made-to-order products are non-returnable.
To return or exchange an item with Zerust®, you must first obtain a Return Authorization number. Just contact our Customer Service department to arrange a return.
It is important to understand that no returns or exchanges will be accepted by shopzerust.com without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages without Return Authorization number will be refused.

Please place a copy of the original sales ticket inside the original box with the item(s) to be returned, package the item(s) and address to:

For your protection and ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.
We are unable to accept COD packages.
Zerust prides ourselves in offering the highest quality products and warranties that our products will be manufactured with precision, quality, and care. If you receive a Zerust product that is defective, damaged, or not properly packaged, we will process an exchange and return of that product at no additional cost to you. Simply follow the instructions for returning an item, or call Customer Service for more information and assistance.
Refunds being processed via Credit Card are normally processed within five(5) business days. There are two scenarios in which you might receive a refund to your Credit Card from the shopzerust.com site:
- If your order was changed due to a calculation error or change in price.
- If you returned a product according to the shopzerust.com return policy.
